Providing Project Management Services for DD&G, Dumfries & Galloway’s private sector led tourism organisation.- Responsible for delivering a £200,000 LEADER, Dumfries & Galloway Council, Scottish Natural Heritage and private sector tourism project
- Management of the creation of www.dgtourism4business.co.uk
- Creation and delivery of monthly email newsletter
- Working with VisitScotland and Dumfries & Galloway Council on the creation and content of www.visitdumfriesandgalloway.co.uk
- Monthly and ad hoc press releases
- Networking and meeting with tourism businesses throughout the region
- Delivering Conferences, workshops and events
- Developing a 3 year Marketing Plan and delivering consumer marketing campaigns
- Developing a regional Product Development plan, and delivering DD&G’s actions under the Regional Tourism Strategy
- Project budgeting and financial planning
- Funder reports, claims and liaison
