• LGBT Youth Scotland

Brief:

• Lead an organisational sub-group, co-ordinating all elements of the conference (including event management, registration mechanism; agenda and format; technical and promotion)

• Promote the conference via e-shot, online and in the media

• Print of promotional materials

• Securing of key sector press coverage

• Securing of a celebrity to endorse a campaign launch

• On-site management of key theatre-based elements of the conference

Results:

• Event was oversubscribed 2 weeks prior to taking place - over 180 delegates attended

• Celebrity secured was David Paisley – Scottish actor (River City, Holby City, Casualty, Tinseltown).
