The revamp of basic sales materials, including Advance Information sheets, sales presenters and book proofs: which were commended by sales representatives as tools which assisted in achieving higher sales
Successfully sold to, and negotiated with, booksellers: from the sale of backlist titles into general stock, to the securing of key promotional slots for frontlist titles
Assisted staff team members in rationalising and reorganising publishing strategies in order to meet key industry deadlines, ensure quality of information supplied, improve the quality of communications with key buyers
